During the AWS incident, approximately 1% of ChurnZero tenants were briefly impacted. That issue has since been resolved and we are closing this incident. We will continue to monitor the broader ongoing AWS incident and will post a new update if further customer impact is identified.

We are currently investigating intermittent issues affecting a subset of ChurnZero services. The disruption is related to an ongoing incident with our upstream cloud infrastructure provider impacting a single availability zone.
Some users may experience slower load times or transient errors during this period. Our team is actively monitoring the situation and working to mitigate customer impact.
